A Simple and Refreshing Mixed Drink: The Cherry Dew
10:28 AMThis crazy easy drink has been our go-to cocktail for the past 3 years. It's so ridiculously simple to make (nothing TOO fancy ever gets made over here) that I can't believe more people don't know about it. Looking on Google, there are several mentions of Blue and Dew - which uses blue raspberry vodka - but it seems not many people are in the know about Cherry UV and Mountain Dew, Here is our super-duper simple recipe for the amazingly tasty Cherry Dew.
CHERRY DEW
In a short glass:
A few ice cubes
1 shot of Cherry UV Vodka
1 to 2 lime wedges, squeezed
Fill to the top with Mountain Dew
Sounds easy enough, right? At first we were drinking these without the lime, which was fine, but you really want to add that lime for the fresh twist it gives to the already present lemon-lime flavor of the Mountain Dew. It gives it just the right amount of sour to the sweet.
That's it! Trust me, I almost don't want to share this recipe; it's kinda like my best kept secret.
