May the luck of the Irish make its way to all of you today! It's going to be one busy day over here, but I would have regretted not having an Irish coffee this morning. (Simple recipe: Bailey's and dark roast coffee - topped with frozen whipped cream.) Hopefully, it won't slow my roll too much. The alcohol and caffeine balance each other, right?

I wish there were more celebratory happenings instead of work, getting insulation put into our basement rafters, and taking my daughter's boyfriend to the bus station... but the husband and I will be Irish the rest of our lives, so I guess there will be time to celebrate later.
