Guilt Free, Low Carb Cookie Dough - Just for Snacking!

2:26 PM

Well guys, it's the holidays. It's time for a neverending parade of sweets being marched under our noses. What do we do if we still want to fit in our pants after Christmas? We're going to have to get creative, that's what.

So cookies are pretty much the best. Are we in agreement? Good. What's better than eating cookies is just straight up eating that uncooked dough. Problem 1: Raw eggs can be problematic, and problem 2: carbs. So many carbs in cookies and cookie dough. Boo!

So we need a low carb cookie dough without raw eggs in it. PROBLEM SOLVED! This low carb recipe makes one large serving of a rich cookie dough that will curb that craving for sweets and make you feel like you're indulging. But you're really being smart! It's a win-win. *This post contains affiliate links to the products I use in this recipe,

Low Carb Cookie Dough for snacking:

1 TBSP Butter
1 TBSP Peanut Butter (or other nut butter)
3 TBSP Splenda
2 TBSP coconut flour (almond flour will probably also work)
a square of dark chocolate (70% cacao or higher), chopped
a few drops of vanilla extract
a splash of almond milk (or any milk. or water.) ... just to bring it together.

Mix and enjoy! Remember, you're being smart. Happy Holidays!
